About Us
Friends Of Armenia is a nonprofit organization led by an annually-elected Board of Directors. Friends Of Armenia was incorporated in 2009 with the mission that:
Friends Of Armenia, a nonprofit organization and member-group of the National Peace Corps Association, will support innovative, charitable projects in Armenia facilitated by Peace Corps Volunteers, foster community among its membership, and promote a better understanding among Americans of Armenia, its people and culture.
In 2009, we will launch membership and fundraising drives to build capacity. We are confident that -- with a strong and active membership -- we can accomplish many great things for Armenia, Peace Corps, and our organization.
